I recently had a SHAMANIC ANCESTRAL CONSTELLATION healing session focused on the feminine side, led by my amazing friend, Kasia, and I honestly can’t put into words how powerful it was. It was one of those experiences where I felt like something really old and heavy was ready to be released.

Throughout the session, I felt a strong connection to my ancestral line, especially the women who came before me. There was this deep sense of recognition and emotion, and at times it felt like I wasn’t just healing myself, but also them. I could actually feel stagnant energy, old disappointment, heaviness, and unspoken pain starting to move and lift. It was emotional, but also incredibly freeing.

By the end of it, I felt so much lighter. My energy was clearer, my aura felt cleansed, and there was this calm sense of relief. It was like something that had been sitting in the background for years had finally been acknowledged and let go.

Since the session, I’ve felt more grounded, softer in how I relate to myself, and more connected to my intuition and feminine energy in me. It’s a quiet but real shift, and I’m so grateful for it. Kasia held the space with such care and authenticity.
